It seems Baby Boy Vincent number 3 isn't so eager to join us. Though I have been having contractions all week, he seems to be quite content growing bigger in his protected little womb.
My parents arrived Wednesday of this week. Joshua has been non stop with church events (wedding, meetings, college). I keep thinking things will slow down but it just gets crazier. June is packed full of BIG events and it totally exhausted me thinking about it!!! I have announced that I am not able to participate (hard for me to do, but I need to learn to say NO). We miss Joshua when he is working so many long hours & I hope he can make it to the delivery (J/K... he WILL be there!!).
Today hit 105 degrees. So, needless to say we have been in the pool everyday! Johnny has learned how to swim and he is SO PROUD of himself! It just happened all of a sudden. He is a little fish!! Benjamin has moved up in his swim lessons. He is now officially learning different strokes and can swim the length of the lesson pool (like swim team length)!! I am loving the water because of it's anti gravity affect on my body!!!
My favorite quotes of the week (in honor of their grandparents who are in town for a month)....
Benjamin: "Mommy, sometimes I wake up in the morning and I think I am at Poppy's house. Then I realize I am not and I get sad!"
Benjamin: "Are Gaga and Poppy staying so long that I will get tired of them?"
Me: "Oh no hunny, you won't get tired of them!"
Benjamin: "Well, all I know is Aunt Jill was here a long long time. I got tired of her!" (you have to understand how much he addored his aunt Jill! So funny!!)
Me: "Johnny Bear who is your best friend in the whole world (expecting him to say Benjamin).
Johnny: "Gaga!"
