Benjamin talks all day long. I see him talking to himself when he is alone. He prefers to use long sentences with new vocabulary! We are happy that he is such a communicator, though at times I admit it can be tiring.

At dinner one night this week BB was telling me what he wanted to do after we ate.

He said, "I want to go on a bike ride with John John and Mommy and Daddy. John John on the back of your bike and me on the back of Daddy's bike. No, me on your bike."

"That sounds like fun Benjamin. Where are we going to go?"

"We are going to a very special park Mommy!"

"A special park?"

"Yes, a very special park. It has slides and swings and hills and trees. Me run and hide and find monkey's and bears. And shoot them. And me run down the hill fast."

"Oh, that sounds like a VERY special place."

"Yes Mommy it is a very special park and me go there on the bike. And john john, and mommy, and daddy. And me find bears and monkeys and run around and hide."

His very special park was a combination my favorite park (trees, hills: our central park in town) and his favorite park (slides & swings: the playground park). Isn't that precious!!

Benjamin also has a new favorite game: hide and seek. He gets so excited that he can't stay hidden. He counts: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10. Though he always forgets the number 4 (5,9), it is the number of everything!!
